Yes. The industrial PLC + 7-inch touch control system can store up to 1,000 sets of independent lyophilization programs, automatically recording full-process drying curves and all operating parameters in real time. All data can be exported to external computers for viewing, printing and archiving. Multi-level user passwords and differentiated access authority management are built-in, which can track all parameter modification records to satisfy traceability requirements of pharmaceutical factory audits and drug registration filings.
The enclosed circulating structure greatly reduces daily maintenance workload. It only requires regular silicone oil contamination inspection every 6 months, and annual oil replacement for long-running industrial units. The sealed loop design prevents silicone oil leakage, no frequent pipeline cleaning is needed, which cuts factory operation and maintenance cost compared with open heating lyophilizers.
Apart from thermal cycle protection for heating shelves, it integrates multiple safety interlocks: vacuum leakage protection, overload protection, cold trap over-temperature alarm, silicone oil overpressure protection and door opening pressure relief protection. Once abnormal operating status occurs, the machine triggers audible and visual alarms and stops running automatically, meeting industrial machinery safety specifications.
