It is designed for suspensions with low solid content, fine particles and small density difference between liquid and solid phases. Typical applications include cell removal from fermentation broth, clarification of recombinant protein liquid, impurity removal of herbal & plant extracts, vaccine intermediates and health-care food liquid. It is not suitable for feed with high solid content or large solid particles.
The calibrated water throughput is 3 m³/h. Actual processing capacity will decrease subject to material viscosity, solid content and clarification requirement. Hard-to-separate materials lead to lower working flow rate.
24 L refers to the total rotor drum volume, where solids deposit on the inner wall. The sludge discharge interval depends on inlet solid concentration. Higher solid content means more frequent shutdown for sludge removal. This model adopts manual drum cleaning without automatic slag discharge function.
Standard version does not support full CIP. Manual disassembly and drum cleaning are required after each batch. Custom CIP solution can be evaluated if needed.
GQ200G features larger drum volume and higher throughput for medium & large scale production. GQ150 / GQ105 are medium & small capacity models, suitable for lab, pilot or low-volume production lines. Selection depends on feed flow rate, solid content and clarification target.
