Utilising high-pressure microfluidisation technology with a fixed-geometry diamond interaction chamber and zirconia ceramic plungers, the VEC-MH24 efficiently processes a wide range of fluids in just 1–2 cycles—including simple oil-in-water emulsions, solid dispersion in liquid suspensions, and cell disruption. Furthermore, the process is highly repeatable, ensuring seamless scalability from laboratory trials to full-scale production.
