The CUR Series Jet‑Flow Bioreactor utilizes a non‑sparging interfacial oxygen transfer mechanism for fluid mixing.This advanced mass transfer method meets large‑scale production requirements while avoiding cell damage caused by surface tension from bubbling aeration and high shear stress from impellers in conventional bioreactors.

Within its normal operating speed range, the average shear rate inside the vessel is below 20 s⁻¹, enabling high‑density and high‑viability culture for shear‑sensitive cells.

Enables local online monitoring of key parameters such as pH, DO, temperature and rotational speed; all data is collected in real time, with the ability to generate reports and graphs;

Supports remote monitoring of parameters and processes; provides users with electronic records and electronic signatures compliant with FDA 21 CFR Part 11;
